Outcome: After attending this program, the learner will be knowledgeable of the concept, benefits and challenges of shared medical appointments as an alternative care management technique for individuals with chronic illnesses such as metabolic syndrome.
To receive 1.0 hour of continuing education credit the learners must attend the entire program and complete and return the evaluation form at the end of the program. CONTACT HOURS HAVE NOT YET BEEN APPROVED.
